beet root koshimbir

Ingredients-
1 beet root
5 tb curd
1 chilli ,oil for "Tadka"
salt, sugar to taste

Process-
1. Peel the beet root and grate it.
2. Add curd, salt and sugar to taste and mix well.
3. cut chilli in small pieces and put Tadka.
4. Mix everything properly and put it in refrigerator.
5. Take out 2-3 mins before serving.
